Amanda Brite did an amazing job on the sale of 301 Glenwood. She did a prelisting walkthrough and made a few recommendations to get the house ready to sell. Once it was listed, she had it under contract in 6 hours! She worked well with the buyers agent to negotiate the repair items that resulted from the inspection so everyone was satisfied. The closing went smoothly and was on time without incident. I will definitely use Amanda again and recommend her as a buyer or seller's agent!

You gave us all your attention, worked late, and early, and even saved us by rewriting the contact.
